Android game not supported. Sberbank Online: Not supported on your device - why is this happening. Restrictions by region, language, or device features

Like any popular operating system, Android sometimes throws up unexpected difficulties for users. For example, when installing an application from a regular store, various errors may appear. The hero of this article is a message that the program is not supported on your device Google Play: how to fix why it occurs and whether it is worth being afraid of.

Possible reasons why Google Play is not supported

The lack of support may be due to:

  • malfunctions in the market application itself or the cache of saved data;
  • global failures in the operation of store services;
  • a ban on the use of the application in the country by users with a certain language on specific devices or devices with certain types of hardware components.

Accordingly, the methods of correction also change.

Cache or data problems on your device

Here's what to do if Google Play Services is stopped:

  1. Try rebooting, maybe that will be enough.
  2. If it doesn't work, open the application details in Settings - Applications -, then clear the cache and data. Clean up Google Play Services and Services Framework in the same way.
  3. If this does not work, you can reinstall the services.

Global crashes and how to fix them

In some cases, the reason lies not in the operation of the device, but in problems on the side of Google or the Internet infrastructure (for example, due to massive blocking of cloud service subnets). Typically, this situation is accompanied by a flurry of questions on Internet forums and specialized sites. So, if Google Play Services is not supported by many users, you can just wait. Or use a VPN - it is possible that in another country the connection will work fine.

Restrictions by region, language, or device features

Now let's figure out what to do when Google Play Services is not supported on your device: what to do to fix it. Let's start with georeferencing. The fact is that the authors of some applications choose only certain countries or groups of users with one language or another as the target audience. For example, only the United States or only English speakers.

To disguise yourself as them, you can switch the language on the device and use a VPN. The interface of the programs may differ, the main thing is that you can select a server in the desired country through which the connection will go, which will temporarily “register” the device there.

Important! You may need to create an additional Google account and use it to install the application (Settings - Accounts).

After a correct installation, you can usually disable the VPN and return to the main account. But not all applications allow this, some will not work after disabling.

It is more difficult if the smartphone model is not supported. Here, the disguise of the country will not help. But you can change how the device calls itself - after all, Android grew out of Linux, where almost everything is possible. "Renaming" can be done through the MarketHelper program or its analogues.

Please note that this app will require root access to work properly as the device ID is stored in system files. Advanced users can edit build.prop themselves through the file manager (the file is located in the System folder).

In MarketHelper, it is enough to select the desired device model from the list of options. It is better to take flagships, since most programs install correctly on them.

A more subtle approach, usually applicable for games, is adjusting the displayed graphics accelerator. This can be done through the GLTools program (also requires root). When installing, you must agree to the terms.

Specify what to configure for it.

And select the GPU model.

Installation via apk

When difficulties arise solely because of the Play Store, it is often possible to install an application from an apk file, having previously allowed third-party sources in the security settings. You can find the installer you need on w3bsit3-dns.com or other reputable resources.

Most likely, all of us have encountered when downloading any application or toy with a message . This problem is the most annoying among all users Android. As you can remember, this message was the most frequently encountered when the game was released. Asphalt Xtreme.

It would seem that what can be done here, because your device does not support the downloaded application. We may surprise you, but it is still possible to bypass this limitation. Don't let this message intimidate you and don't give up. There is one small way that will help get rid of the message . In this case, Android is somewhat similar to Windows. There you will always find a loophole into which you can leak and solve the problem.

So, let's begin. To solve the incompatibility problem, you need to install a utility called Market Helper. If you have already climbed to download it from the store, then you can not try. You will find it only on the Internet. From where you will download it - it does not matter. Just try not to pick up viruses along the way.

After download Market Helper, you need to go to your device settings and enable the option “trust unknown sources”. Then install the application Market Helper. Then follow the next steps:

  • Make a start market helper.
  • You will see a list of four settings. In them, you will need to determine the type of your phone or tablet, its model, your region and carrier. As you might have guessed, with the help of such precise settings, you can correct the data about your device so that you do not receive a message . View the list of supported devices on the application page and make the necessary configuration.
  • After completing the steps, click on the button “Activate” at the bottom of the screen. You may be asked to grant certain rights to the application. Please read carefully and confirm your rights.
  • You should then see a successful activation message on your display. Go to device manager and wait for a while until your device configuration changes to the one you selected.
  • Once everything is done, you can safely go to Google Store and download the toy or application you need. This time the message won't bother you all the time.

However, it is still worth considering that the downloaded application, even with adjustments, may malfunction. It is possible that you are just trying to run an application that your device cannot “pull”. Always keep this factor in mind when working with the Market Helper app.

Sberbank Online is an application that helps you make the required payment transactions and analyze the state of your card account. This program takes up a lot of space on mobile device(more than 100 MB), while being easy to use and the ability to make any payments without using a laptop. The installation of the program is fast.

To install the utility on a gadget, you must:

  1. Run Play market, which exists on any Android device.
  2. Use the search system and type "Sberbank Online".
  3. The search will return the required application. Click on the "Sberbank Online" icon, enter the description, and click on the "Download" button.
  4. The program is downloaded free of charge. After the download, you need to click on the "Open" button.

If you could not find the application through the search, then here is a direct link https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ru.sberbankmobile to install Sberbank from the Play Market service.

Setting up Sberbank Online

To configure the program, you must log in using your identification number and password. It can be obtained from an ATM. To confirm the login, a code will be sent to the owner's phone. It must also be entered in the window that opens. The user has access to operations on cards, accounts, loans and deposits. You can also get additional information about the exchange rate, etc.

How to reinstall the application on a new phone with an old SIM card?

If a new gadget was purchased, but the old SIM card remained, then you should simply install the program again. To do this, you need to launch the Play Market, find the utility, download it and run it.

Why is Sberbank Online not installed on Android?

Installation errors can occur for many reasons, the most common being:

  • the presence of viruses;
  • error 24. It occurs if the application was already installed on the gadget, but it was not removed correctly;
  • the presence of root-rights or unofficial firmware on the phone.

In most cases, the program is installed without any problems, but if an error occurs that cannot be eliminated, write to the bank's postal address [email protected].

Why can't the user download?

The main problem that a person may encounter when downloading is the presence of viruses in the gadget and lack of space on the device. Therefore, before installation, it is recommended to check the availability of free space in the phone or other gadget, and also use antivirus utility to find and eliminate viruses.

Have you ever seen a phrase similar to the one in the title? "Where?" - you ask? We are, of course, talking about Google Play. It is possible that you were not lucky enough to meet her, or rather, you were lucky not to meet her (although, who knows what happiness is?). But, even if you have not seen it, this does not mean at all that the problems associated with this phrase have bypassed you. It's like that gopher: you don't see him, but he's there. So what lies behind these words, and why you may or may not see it.

If you start very far away (what a bore I am!), Then you can delve into the wilds of compatibility between different versions of Android, hardware platforms, different form factors, pixel densities, and so on and so forth. All this, of course, is correct and true - if the program is not designed to work in some conditions, then it is not designed. It's in theory. In practice, as usual, the theory fails ... in certain situations. I'll tell my story.

For a long time I was happy, I'm not afraid of this word, the owner samsung tablet Galaxy Tab 7.0 plus. Samsung products are the mainstream, all manufacturers of not only hardware, but also software, are equal to it. Therefore, I practically did not encounter compatibility problems. No, of course, the device is old and many new features of programs designed for Android KitKat versions were not available, but ... The programs themselves, after all, worked, albeit with reduced capabilities, but they worked.

But here I wanted something new, however, as usual, a crisis came and priorities shifted. I wanted something new anyway - this does not depend on the crisis, but I wanted something cheaper, and this is a direct consequence of the crisis. And, oddly enough, something like that was found. As a result, for the second month now I have been, again, the happy owner of asus tablet MemoPad 7 ME572CL.

However, along with the new device, new operating system, and new features, as usual, new problems appeared. At the same time, in many cases, the word "new" can be safely put in quotation marks - this is for me, the former owner of the device under Android control 4.1.2, they are new, the rest of the world no longer remembers them, or, for sure, does not consider them new. It is enough to remember about. Nevertheless, for the time being, I did not experience problems with the compatibility of software and hardware, although I understood that, in the case of the Asus tablet, not everything is so simple. He still has iron. One quad-core processor from Intel with support for 64-bit operations is worth something. Also, I had to, for example, solve issues related to . But that's not all.

It so happened that, almost simultaneously with the tablet from Asus, I got, not without the help of Santa Claus, also an Asus ZenFone 5 phone. Almost all these two months the phone was used only for its intended purpose and software it did not change - what was installed on it by the manufacturer was used, and even then, not very actively. The main assistant, as before, was a seven-inch tablet.

I no longer remember why, but at some point in time, I suddenly installed a bunch of programs from Yandex on my phone. Ah... I remembered! At first, the tablet was discharged, but it was necessary to make payments. Then, on a trip, I had to look at the route, and it was not convenient to take the tablet out of the bag. Then, it was necessary to call Yandex.Taxi when returning from the anniversary of a friend, and using a tablet, situationally, was not handy. In general, having thought a little, I decided that, for convenience, the phone should also be equipped with the necessary software, which I did - I installed several programs from Yandex and not only. At the same time, the role of the tablet has not changed - anyway, it remained and remains the main assistant.

And the day before yesterday evening, I was sitting, looking through the news and came across a note that Yandex released new program, which allows you to get information on parking lots, pay for parking, if necessary, with Yandex.Money, or from a card linked to Yandex.Wallet, as well as from an account mobile phone or a special parking account. Announced even the possibility of laying the route, taking into account the location and workload of nearby parking lots to the destination.

News on the RBC website

All these possibilities, in theory, looked quite attractive, and I thought, why not try using this program instead of the Moscow Parking program from the Department of Automation of the Moscow Government? In general, I decided to install this program, since the link to the Google Play Market was given in the article.

I pass, so I follow the link, it opens new bookmark browser, there is a description of the program, reviews, everything. And such a little postscript, they say, the program is not compatible with all your devices. I open the list of devices, and there, in fact, there are a couple for which the program cannot be downloaded. And among these rejected devices is my new tablet.

Hello, we have arrived! What the Bolsheviks have been talking about for so long has happened - it’s impossible to install a program on my brand new Asus tablet due to the features of either the program or the tablet itself. In general, I did not grieve for a long time, especially since my new phone was listed as a supported device - and I installed the program on the phone.

Here I will make a small digression. It is from the category of "amazing - nearby", "live a century - a century learn" and so on. This is how people install apps on Android devices? I don't know about you, I always did it on the device itself: either through the Google Play Market program, or by downloading the apk file and running it to install (for this, the "Unknown sources" option must be enabled in the device's security settings). And, to be honest, I didn’t even think about whether there were other installation methods. As it turns out, they do exist.

You can install it on the device remotely, directly from the browser, on any computer, the main thing is that the device is turned on and it has access to the Internet, and not in principle, but here and now. Under these conditions, to remotely install the program you like, it is enough to click the Install button on the program page in the Market (I remind you, in the browser on your computer) and select the desired device from the list of your devices. After that, the program will be downloaded and installed on the device. It was in this way, for the sake of experiment, that I installed the Yandex.Parking program on my phone.

But let's continue. I installed the program on my phone and tried to forget about this unpleasant incident with the tablet. I think a little time will pass and the programmers will make the necessary changes, after which the tablet will go to the list of supported devices. We just have to wait a little. But life is cruel, or, as the younger generation says now, life is pain. In the evening of the same day, I was overtaken by a second blow.

Among the programs installed on the phone, there is a very important one - "Mobile Bank VTB24". And in the evening, a notification comes to the phone about the availability of updates for several programs, including the Mobile Bank program. Updated, everything is fine, I take out the tablet, there is also a notification about the availability of updates, but there is no "Mobile Bank" in the list of updated programs.

"It doesn't matter," I thought. "Probably, some meta-information on Google didn't have time to update. Play Market". So sometimes it happened before. In such cases, it was enough to wait and, after a while, a new notification about updates came, the list of which included the previously missed program. Or you could not wait, but update manually - for you need to find it in the market desired program and click the "Update" button. I decided not to wait and update manually.

Now I understand why I was impatient - most likely, subconsciously, I was afraid that the new version of the VTB24 Mobile Bank program had become incompatible with the tablet. But at that moment, I just launched the Play Market on the tablet, typed the name of the program in the search box and saw just such a picture.

The verdict is completely clear - the new version of the program will not work on my tablet. And then I got angry. I use this program quite actively, the new version promised significant improvements, but here - such an ambush! And I know very well that in 99℅ cases there are no real obstacles for the program to still be used on the device on which the Market does not allow this program to be installed. Why? Everything is simple! Well, let's think logically.

The program works on another device of the same manufacturer, on the same version of the operating system. Yes, there is a different processor, different graphics, maybe not, of course, something else is probably different. But, a priori, this program does not use, or at least should not use, any very specific features of the device - this is not some kind of toy, optimized to the utmost to squeeze everything that it is capable of out of the device. And this is not some program that focuses on using specific features of some platform, for example, NFC capabilities. The usual program, without specific requirements.

Most likely, the device was not included in the list of supported devices for some unimportant reason, for example, due to screen parameters. No, of course, screen parameters are important, but this is not the biggest problem. The maximum that can usually happen in this case is not quite correct display of some interface elements, and even then, not always. In addition, in my practice there were already examples of how the program worked remarkably on a device that the Market marked as unsupported - Yandex.Shell. Therefore, I decided that I would install "Mobile Bank" on the tablet, period.

No sooner said than done. But, to achieve the goal, it is necessary to solve some problems. Question number one - where can I get the apk of the application I'm interested in? There may be several answers. You can, for example, use a special free service that provides download links to applications from the Market. To do this, you need to find the application of interest on the Market, copy the contents of the browser address bar and feed it to the service. The service, in response, will issue a download address apk apps. Or you can just download the program, for example, from the same w3bsit3-dns.com. If you have a rooted device on which the application is already installed, you can simply copy the desired apk file. And this is not a complete list of methods. There are others, one of which I used.

Well, why didn’t I use one of the listed methods, but preferred the other? Everything is simple. Firstly, I don't really like installing programs not from the Market, especially such as mobile banking. Well, who can guarantee me that free service will it give a link to the original application hosted in the Market? That's why I don't really like to download application programs and from third party resources. No, of course, I really respect w3bsit3-dns.com, but still. In addition, in the case of VTB24 Mobile Bank, version 4.2.8 was posted on w3bsit3-dns.com at the time of writing, while the official latest version is 5.0.2. Ruth, I also do not like to put, if possible, I try to do without it. You can call me paranoid, but I do not like to receive software from intermediaries. Although, the Play Market, of course, is also, in its own way, an intermediary, but it seems to be an authorized intermediary

So, based on all of the above, the answer to the first question is the following - apk must be taken from the device on which installation from the Market is allowed, and, of course, has already been done.

Then question number two arises: with what help can we get the apk we need? As I said, decisions, such as installing root, do not suit me. Is it possible to check this somehow? alternative way? Fortunately, yes. There is a whole class of programs that allows you to make backup copies of the programs installed on the device. And on devices from Asus, the manufacturer himself installs one of these programs - Asus Backup. It is with its help that you can make a backup copy of the application (along with data) on the device where the program can be (or already) successfully installed.

In addition, the existence of the Asus Backup program gives an answer to one more question - how to install the program on a device on which installation from the Market is prohibited. After all, Asus Backup, like almost any other program Reserve copy, allows you not only to save a backup copy of information, but also to restore it.

So what do we have? There are answers to the following questions: where to get the apk file, how to get it and how to try to install it on another device. It remains only to solve the question of how to transfer the apk file from one device to another. But it’s hard to call this a question, as there are so many obvious answers that can be offered. In general, in order not to take too much time, here is a description of the steps that I did.

We make backup copies of the mobile bank and parking lots on the phone - why not transfer this program at the same time, since it cannot be installed from the Market either due to incompatibility.

The Asus Backup program was also written by people who like to play it safe, hence, apparently, the request to set a password. After various confirmation windows, warnings, etc. etc. the program creates external map memory in the ASUSBackup directory, a subdirectory with the name you specified when creating backup- such a question is asked in the process of preparing a backup. I left the default name: backup_date_time, where the date and time are replaced with the current date and time.

Then you need to transfer the created subdirectory from the phone to the tablet. I decided to use Google Drive for this. But you can use some other way - transfer via bluetooth, for example. File manager from Asus can, by the way, work not only with cloud services, but also with local network, so you can not take out information outside the home network.

After downloading the directory from the backup to Google drive, you can put your phone aside and finally switch to a tablet. Using the same Asus file manager, we download the directory with the backup to the tablet. I, for the sake of order, uploaded it to the ASUSBackup subdirectory on the external SD card, but this is not at all necessary. When the Asus Backup program is running in recovery mode, it apparently scans not only the directory into which it uploads backups for previously made backups, but also other directories, maybe even the entire file system.

Then it's up to the small: you need to select the desired backup, enter the correct password, and choose which programs to restore - in my case, these were both programs: mobile banking and parking. Everybody. It remains to wait a bit and voila - the programs are restored, moreover, along with the data. For example, in parking lots, I entered a car number and indicated a Yandex account - everything was transferred. And yes, the programs, as I expected, worked as if nothing had happened, as if there was no such warning about an unsupported device.

It's great that my assumption that programs should work on a tablet was confirmed. I have already made payments according to previously saved templates in the mobile bank. True, I haven’t used the parking lots yet, but, for the sake of order, I launched and looked at the parking lots next to work.

However, of course, this crutch cannot completely replace the entire service offered by the Google Play Market infrastructure. So, for example, the very next day there was an update of the mobile bank. On the phone, as expected, a corresponding notification appeared and I updated the program. On the tablet, for obvious reasons, no notification was received, and new version, in the same way, I had to transfer from phone to tablet by creating and restoring a backup. So, I'll still wait until both programs become officially compatible with my tablet.

That, perhaps, is all. Yes, I want to mention one more thing. I found a mobile bank in the Market on my tablet, although it showed a warning about an unsupported device. But I could not find the parking program from Yandex, using the Play Market on the tablet. Apparently, with a mobile bank, the search was successful because earlier a tablet compatible with it was installed on the tablet. old version programs. But the parking program is completely new, and the Market apparently believes that it should not confuse the user and show him a program that is incompatible with his device. Thus, there is a possibility that you will not learn about any new useful program, even if potentially, after such cunning manipulations, it will be able to work on your device. What to do in this case? Nothing, probably. If you really need the program, you will find a way to find and find it and install it. Now, really, that's all.

P.S. I wrote the material a long time ago. While I was filling out, rewriting, and so on, a normal version of a mobile bank for a tablet came out. But parking from Yandex has not yet appeared.

Many owners of Android devices, when installing or updating applications, may sooner or later encounter the Google Play service message "Not supported on your device." And if we are talking about some non-critical update, the absence of which does not interfere with the normal operation of the application, or the user is not interested in the next innovation of the program, there is no problem. You can safely use the utility further, and either ignore annoying system messages or disable them altogether. But what about situations when an update is important and necessary, or a new application that needs to be installed has no analogues?

Reasons for the error

There are several ways to solve the problem, but the effectiveness of their application will depend on the reasons for the Google Play notification "Not supported on your device":

  • the lack of a device model in the technical compatibility lists of the application (at the same time, the gadget can easily work with this version of the program, but it has not been tested by the developers);
  • a ban on the use of the application in a certain country;
  • actual incompatibility at the software level (inconsistency of the version of the operating system);
  • device inconsistencies system requirements.

It is from these factors that the performance of a particular method will depend.

Google Play Error "Not supported on your device": what to do

The Market Helper utility allows you to change the device ID requested by Google services to a suitable one that will be accepted by the market, after which the application will become available for download. However, the program will run and work correctly only if it is compatible and meets the system requirements.

Keep in mind that Market Helper requires superuser rights (so-called root rights) to be set, as the application makes changes to system files operating system. The program is installed using the apk file, which must first be downloaded from the official website. At startup, a window will appear with information about the current device, it is from it that the replacement process begins. The sequence of actions is as follows:

  1. Under the Select Device line, select the type and model of the device,
  2. In the Select Operator section - country and telecom operator, respectively,
  3. Select account - specify an existing account in Google services.
  4. Tap the Activate button (in this place you will need to give the application root access),
  5. Visit the official Google Device Manager and check that the data entered in the application matches.
  6. Clear Play Market app data.

If everything is done correctly, and Google error Play "Not supported on your device" arose only because the device signature did not match the database, then the program will become available for download, installation and further use.

Getting root rights

The procedures for obtaining root rights on different devices can vary significantly from each other. Sometimes it is enough to install a small program and perform a couple of simple steps, and sometimes it may require extensive intervention in the software structure of a smartphone or tablet, which requires certain skills. In both cases, users will be helped by specialized resources where you can find all the information you need for a particular gadget, including detailed instructions.

There are two points to keep in mind:

  • Getting root-rights is guaranteed to lead to the removal of the device from the warranty.
  • The user performs all actions at his own peril and risk, since there is a possibility of turning the device into a "brick" or getting a bootlap - an eternal reboot.

Download apps from third party sources

  1. Download the application installation file from the selected site by selecting the save folder, or download using a computer and then transfer it to your smartphone.
  2. Make sure that the item "Install applications from unverified sources" is checked in the gadget's security settings.
  3. Using the file manager, go to the save folder and start the installation of the application by tapping on the APK file.
  4. Wait for the installation to finish, if necessary, restart the device.

Use of anonymization tools

Useful in cases where the error "Not supported on your device" Google Play issues due to geographic blocking.

First you need to install a VPN service. To do this, you can use both the Play Market, and download the installation file of the selected application yourself, the benefit of both paid, and free utilities enough on the internet. After the application is installed, in its settings you must specify a country that is not included in the block list, or one of its IP addresses. The next step is to manipulate basic settings devices. If the application is distributed under the free model, only the first item will be needed. For paid programs, all items are sequentially performed.

  1. Erase Play Store app data.
  2. Launch the store and enter payment information bank card(if this data has already been entered, the item can be ignored).
  3. In the "Methods of payment" specify one of the addresses of the country whose IP address is used for substitution.
  4. Information about addresses and postcodes is online at open access, there shouldn't be any problems finding it.

Operating system update

If google message Play "Not supported on your device" is caused by incompatibility with the current Android version, then the device can be updated to the latest. In doing so, you need to pay attention to the following:

  • The hardware stuffing of the gadget must support updating to the required OS version. Specification and availability official firmware can be found on the official website of the device manufacturer or on specialized resources.
  • In the case of using unofficial (so-called custom firmware), all responsibility lies entirely with the user.
  • The device meets the minimum system requirements of the application, taking into account the possible increased load on the hardware from the updated operating system.

For example, the currently popular telephone "streaming" is actively supported by Twitter, which developed the Periscope application specifically for today's active youth. And if among them are the owners of devices with operating system Android up to version 4.3 inclusive, then the same Google Play error "Not supported on your device" shines on them: Periscope requires 4.4 installed. You will have to update or replace the device with a more modern one.

What is the result

You should not immediately abandon the application you like just because Play Market refused to install it on your smartphone. It makes sense to first understand the reasons why the Google Play error "Not supported on your device" occurs. How to fix it, this instruction will tell you.
