Fly iQ 451 whist. Review of the Fly IQ451 Vista smartphone: in the name of five inches. Line neighbors

Which is the flagship, which is 30% more expensive. And my sub-creation expects me to like Vista more! Well, maybe not by 30%, maybe only by 25... And suddenly I discover with horror that I like Vista less... So I'm stuck.

Please don't misunderstand me. Vista- great smartphone. But even if Vista and Magic cost the same and I had to choose between them, I would choose Magic.

Now try to understand me again. I'm not saying that Vista is worse. We are all subjective, we are all subject to emotions. I don't rule out that many people will like Vista more. Better screen, less problems with games. There are advantages, yes.

Confused? Well, let's unravel little by little and point by point.

Brief conclusion

In general, there are a lot of compasses with a gyroscope, some budget devices do not have. But we still have a flagship in front of us. The cheaper Fly IQ446 Magic has all this goodness, but this one doesn’t. Why?

Communication with the outside world

3G. Theoretical maximum mobile Internet speeds are 21 Mbit/s for downloading and 5.76 Mbit/s in the opposite direction. In practice, of course, less, but I didn’t notice any special problems with the mobile Internet.

Wi-Fi b/g/n. Catch with confidence. In particular, I caught a hitherto unknown neighbor’s net named Hahaha. I haven't seen her before.

Bluetooth version 4. There were no problems connecting the headset, but for some reason it was not possible to receive/transfer files. When trying to receive, it complains about not having enough space (I wonder where it is trying to save the files?), when trying to transmit, it simply stupidly reports that the file “was not sent.” As usual, I tried to transmit using file manager ES conductor.

USB. No surprises, no MTP. The smartphone is connected to the computer in MassStorage mode, like two disks - an internal and external flash drive, respectively.

USB-OTG. Yes, I have. Yes it works. I tried connecting a flash drive, tried connecting a mouse. No problem. See the video for a demonstration of how it works.

TV. There is no TV output, MHL (TV signal output via USB) didn’t work for me either.

Screen

Large and beautiful five-inch IPS screen with HD resolution (720x1280). The sensor is, naturally, capacitive. Multitouch - for five simultaneous touches.

The maximum white brightness is not bad - 386.7 cd/m2 (although the Fly Magic is slightly better - 441.6). The minimum white brightness is 29.5 (Fly Magic, again, is a little better - 13.6).

Contrast at maximum brightness is 470:1, the result is decent, but not outstanding (Fly Magic has 610:1).

For those who understand: White point - 10900K, sRGB coverage - 94%, AdobeRGB coverage - 74%.

If you look at the screen off, it doesn't look black enough. However, Fly Magic looks exactly the same.

Subjectively, I really liked the screen; it’s pleasant to look at.

HD resolution? I'm not picky about this. I will be quite comfortable on a screen with a resolution of 540x960. On HD it’s even more comfortable. Well, the letters are a little thinner. Everything is fine. The main thing is that, due to the increased resolution, nothing slows down, so that microlags do not irritate, as was the case with the Fly IQ444 Diamond (which has a previous chipset from Mediatek and an older Android). Is it slow here? No. Well that's just wonderful.

Software

Android version 4.1.2, without additional shells. Of course, there is a certain amount of pre-installed software. But, fortunately, as is usually the case in devices from Fly, almost all of it can be removed, you don’t even need to get root for this.

Battery

Test "GPS on the windowsill, Wi-Fi". Brightness is 100%, Wi-Fi and GPS are on, Yandex.maps are running (traffic jams are on), the device is lying on the windowsill. 4 hours 37 minutes (6:09).

Test "GPS on the windowsill, 3G". The same thing, but instead of Wi-Fi enabled Mobile Internet. 3:47 (4:52).

Test "Doctor House without a break." Brightness - 50%, sound through headphones - 100%. Xvid video file with a resolution of 720x400 and a “weight” of 760 MB, the player is MX Player in program mode. 6:17 minutes (8:33).

Test "Half an hour of games". Half an hour of playing Zombirds at maximum brightness - minus 15% battery charge (13%).

"Refresh Wi-Fi" test. Once every three seconds for an hour we reload a page weighing 30 kilobytes. Minimum brightness. Minus 10% battery (8%).

Test "Refresh 3G". The same thing, but via mobile Internet. 17% (15%).

Test "White screen 100". An hour of operation of the device with the screen turned on at maximum brightness and everything else turned off. 20% (14%).

Test "White screen 0". The same thing, but the screen brightness is minimal. 6% (5%).

Audio. In headphones at maximum volume. For 3 hours 20 minutes - 7%.

As you may have noticed, the discharge graph is not very pretty. Up to 15% everything is uniform, then there is a flat plateau for another hour. Clear calibration problems.

The video is shot in quality up to FullHD (1920x1080) inclusive. And by the way, this is not the worst video I've ever seen. Separately, I would like to note the very decent sound recording quality.

Front camera - 2 Mpix. For Skypes - that's it.

Fly IQ451 Vista as a GPS navigator

Good screen size + good screen behavior in the sun + tolerable battery = a very good navigator.

Can't pick up GLONASS satellites. GPS only.

Fly IQ451 Vista as a video player

The pre-installed player eats everything, but categorically does not want to play sound. No, not on all of them, but on at least half of my test videos. Creepy.

Traditionally installed MX Player (software mode). And I was surprised to discover that it calmly devoured everything, including FullHD. On all previous devices on Mediatek chips, including Fly IQ446 Magic, sound desynchronization was constantly observed on FullHD. I didn't find it here. Strange.

Fly IQ451 Vista as an audio player

Amazing volume in headphones. I don't remember ever encountering something like this. Equalizer, that's it. But at the same time, I was never able to achieve settings in which I would enjoy listening to music. Both in the supplied headphones and in my personal “big ones”.

Fly IQ451 Vista and Internet

Good screen size + sufficiently fast hardware = everything is good. Well, screen resolution. Perhaps this is the only test of five-inch smartphones where I am able to at least slightly feel the advantage of HD resolution over 540x960 resolution. Yes, the letters turn out thinner and more elegant.

Fly IQ451 Vista like a toy

Content:

The device is interesting because, like the other device, it received a new quad-core processor from MediaTek. Thus, the brand, which is famous for simple and affordable solutions, will try to compete with more famous brands. For many buyers, characteristics are important, and the presence of decent filling allows them to stand on par with more expensive solutions. In any case, the characteristics of the IQ451 are very interesting for the money.

Total offered 4-core processor with a frequency of 1.2 GHz, PowerVR SGX 544MP graphics, 1 GB random access memory, 4 GB of its own and a slot for microSD. At the same time, the screen has received HD resolution and pleases with a large 5-inch diagonal. It turns out to be a large smartphone with powerful hardware and a reasonable price; the device at launch is priced at 12,990 rubles.

Design

The appearance of the new product is extremely ordinary; the ideas for creating the smartphone have clearly run out. The complaints are related to the materials; for some strange reason, Fly decided to use it in its own expensive smartphone typical glossy plastic.

Slippery, easily soiled, impractical – this solution has no advantages. The black model looks sloppy; perhaps the light version would look better from behind, since the stains are invisible on the white plastic.

The dimensions are normal by the standards of large smartphones: 144x74x10.7 mm with a weight of 150 g. The phone is large, but you can’t expect anything different from a device with a 5-inch screen.

The sides of the smartphone are slightly beveled towards the screen, due to this technique it fits well in the hand, but the glossy plastic spoils the whole feeling. It is inconvenient to operate a smartphone with one hand; there is a risk of accidentally dropping it.

There is a speaker above the screen, front-camera, there is also a set of light and proximity sensors.

At the bottom there are three backlit touch buttons: functions, home and back.

At the top end there is a microUSB port and a 3.5 mm headphone output.

On the right is the screen lock button.

On the left is the volume key. Both buttons are convenient, it is comfortable to operate the smartphone.

The camera module protrudes from the back at the top, and there is a flash next to it. At the bottom is the ringing speaker hole.

Inside there is a replaceable battery, there are two full-size slots for SIM cards and microSD, which can always be quickly replaced if necessary. Over time, the back cover may begin to crunch slightly; the plastic is quite thin, which is why such unpleasant sounds are heard.

Screen

Now this is the largest Fly smartphone. It has a 5-inch screen diagonal and HD resolution. The IPS matrix is of good quality, the smartphone can be easily compared in terms of picture quality with more expensive models. It has large viewing angles, natural shades, and excellent color rendition. In examples, Fly IQ451 is shown next to, Apple iPhone 5, (phone numbers are listed from left to right).

The brightness margin is sufficient; only outside on a bright day the touchscreen can glare. But indoors or in not very bright sun, everything is readable. Touch screen recognizes up to 5 simultaneous touches.

The touch surface is protected by fiberglass; you will find similar material in various smartphones from Fly.

Platform

The smartphone is equipped with a 4-core 28nm MTK6589 processor with a frequency of 1.2 GHz and a PowerVR SGX544 graphics accelerator. The smartphone has 1 GB of RAM, which is enough for a variety of tasks. There is 4 GB of own memory, the user, as usual, is left with less than 3 GB. There is also a slot for microSD, the model sees various cards up to 64 GB without problems.

Gallery

The gallery stores all the images and videos. Files are displayed in the form of preview images, which are completed quite slowly. Scaling is supported using virtual buttons displayed on the screen. They help to increase or decrease the size of the picture.

Any file from the media library can be sent using Bluetooth, MMS or Email. The file can be placed in Picasa online image storage. Images are shown both in folders (for example, received via Bluetooth, photo section) and ordered by date. This makes it very convenient to view photos - there are several sections in the same folder. You can scroll by simply touching the screen with your fingers anywhere on it.

Music

The player divides all music into several groups: recent, artists, albums, tracks, playlists, genres. Based on the chosen playback principle, listening to music is also organized.

Information about the album, artist, song title is displayed, and the cover is also displayed. Several virtual keys are used for control.

The options for customizing the player are standard for Fly smartphones: there is an equalizer with ready-made settings, as well as parameters for manual input. Control is provided when the screen is locked. Sound quality in good headphones not impressive, you shouldn’t count on the model being able to act as a high-quality replacement for the player. Like the IQ446, the model does not differ in sound characteristics.

Radio

The FM receiver will find stations manually or automatically. A list of favorite frequencies is created, then you can switch between them. You can record the program and save it in the device memory.

Video

Although standard means the smartphone is capable of playing videos up to 1080p; it is better to use an additional player that will eliminate possible problems. For example, there will be no problems with sound.

Organizer

The calendar in the device is made in a traditional style; the display of information for a whole month, a week or a specific day can be configured. You can set the alert type and tone for recorded events and meetings. When creating a new entry, it is assigned a name, date, location, repetition (daily, monthly, annually), alert signal, and description of the event.

Watch

The smartphone allows you to save several alarms in memory. The repeat can be set either once or every day, only on weekdays or weekly. The signal type varies: melody, vibration, melody and vibration, voice.

The calculator performs various arithmetic operations.

The recorder is working.

You can watch YouTube.

Built-in file manager.

Several applications for reading books are installed.

Google Now service is supported.

Video store ivi.ru is available.

An application for watching TV programs using SPB TV has been installed.

Browser

You can open several tabs, refresh the page, view bookmarks and perform some other functions (search by text, view downloaded files and others standard features for such applications). The browser works quickly, this is clearly visible in the video. The picture immediately changes its position when you turn the smartphone, there are no delays, it’s a pleasure to use.

GPS navigation

Google Maps is used for navigation; the program requires constant network activity, which affects the amount of traffic consumed by the device. Traffic jams are displayed, so the application has become fully functional and convenient not only for pedestrians, but also for car owners.

There is a function for determining the current location, calculating the route from the starting point to the ending point, and specifying the method of movement: by car, on foot or public transport. The route is laid out on the map, and key places are indicated in the form of text messages, which are displayed on the screen in the form of a column; you can switch between them: view the route in advance or vice versa, go back and plot another path. The smartphone quickly determines the location, although sometimes there are errors in the accuracy of the coordinates.

Connections

The smartphone operates on GSM 850/900/1800/1900/2100 networks. Only the first SIM card supports 3G; the second one cannot work in high-speed networks. There is Wi-Fi b/g/n, the smartphone can work as a modem or access point. There is Bluetooth 3.0 with support for EDR and A2DP. The microUSB 2.0 connector allows you to connect your smartphone to a computer for synchronization and data exchange.

Battery

The phone has a lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 2000 mAh. This is even smaller than the IQ446, where the screen diagonal is more modest. Therefore, it is quite expected that the smartphone works relatively little. It is enough for daylight hours, that is, after charging the device and going to work at 9 am, at 18 pm you will need to look for a power source again. It would have been more logical to install a higher-capacity battery in a device with a large display, but the manufacturer did not do this.

The smartphone lasts for 2.5-3 hours of games or 3.5-4 hours of video, depending on the brightness level. At maximum brightness, it lasts a little over 3 hours, which is not much. Up to 5 hours of talk time and up to 400 hours of standby time are claimed. The battery is rather weak, such a phone needs a more capacious battery, but you have to go with what you have.

Conclusion

The earpiece has some headroom, but it is not very large. The speaker itself in the smartphone is quite quiet; the melody can still be heard indoors, but it is easy to miss it on the street.

Fly IQ451 for 13 thousand rubles turned out to be a compromise device. On the one hand, it offers powerful hardware and a very good screen, but at the same time it has a boring and inexpressive design, cheap materials and modest battery life. Good camera and video recording border on a simple player in terms of sound and quiet speakers.

The closest competitor is Highscreen Explosion, which wins in terms of performance, has a comparable screen in image quality, and also offers a nicer body. If the IQ446 Magic model turned out to be inexpensive and powerful for its capabilities, then the IQ451 Vista turned out to be a rather strange device. In my opinion, it makes sense to look at the IQ446, it is more attractive in terms of price and quality ratio.

It is expanding its presence in the Russian market, releasing more and more 4-core models on the new MTK6589 platform with support for two SIM cards.

The new smartphone is Fly IQ451 Vista. In our mini-review we will talk about the main characteristics and capabilities of the smartphone.

Externally, the Fly IQ451 Vista does not stand out in anything special - it is ordinary plastic. On the front surface there is a display, above it there is a front camera, a speaker and touch sensors, below it there are touch control keys (“Home”, “Back” and “Menu”). On the left side you can see the volume control key, on the right - the power / lock button, on the top end there is a headphone jack and a microUSB port. On the back side there is the main camera with LED flash, slots for an external speaker and the company logo.

The assembly of the device is done quite well: there are no creaks or backlashes during operation.

The gadget is very ergonomic: the body is made of plastic that is pleasant to the touch, and the device itself is comfortable to hold and work with.

The dimensions of the smartphone are 144x74x10.7 mm, and the weight is 150 g.

The package includes: the smartphone itself, USB cable, headphones, battery, instructions, warranty card.

Performance and Software

Fly IQ451 Vista is based on a 4-core MediaTek MTK6589 Cortex-A7 processor with a clock frequency of 1.2 GHz, a PowerVR SGX544 graphics accelerator and 1 GB of RAM. This “filling” allows you to demonstrate good speed and performance. Modern games and applications work great. Although information has appeared on many forums that the gadget will not be able to play high-definition video, in reality there were no problems with it - it plays without problems.

The operating system in Fly IQ451 is Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.

The device has 4 GB of permanent memory, but it can be increased using microSDHC cards (32 GB).

The smartphone supports Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n), GPS/A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, 3G and FM radio. Networks – GSM 900/1800, WCDMA 900/2100, UMTS up to 384 Kbit/s, HSDPA up to 7.2 Mbit/s, HSDPA+ up to 21 Mbit/s and HSUPA up to 5.76 Mbit/s.

Preset software distinguished by its diversity: browser, mail client, various services for integration with, audio and video player, Internet television, FBReader and many other applications.

Screen

The image quality is very good: excellent contrast, bright natural colors, good viewing angles. In general, the screen has truly become the highlight of the device. The Fly IQ451 Vista has a 5-inch capacitive display, made using technology, with a resolution of 1280x720 pixels and a color rendition of 16 million shades.

By the way, it is the display that distinguishes the gadget from the Fly IQ446 Magic, since in other characteristics it is similar to it.

Camera

Fly IQ451 Vista is equipped with an 8-megapixel main camera with LED flash and autofocus. It is capable of taking photos with a maximum resolution of 3264x2448 pixels and recording video in Full HD format at 30 frames per second.

The software allows you to select several shooting modes: auto, night. Party, portrait, landscape, panorama, beach and others. Some effects are also available: mono, sepia, negative, etc.

The quality of the photos is very good: natural colors, fine details are visible, but in low light there is more noise in the photo. Overall, the camera can compete with some flagship devices.

The smartphone also has a 2-megapixel front camera capable of capturing video at 720p resolution for video calling.

Battery

The device is equipped with a 2000 mAh lithium-ion battery, which, according to the manufacturer, should be enough for 5 hours of talk time and 400 hours of standby time.

Battery capacity of this device slightly less than the Fly IQ446, although the screen is much larger, but at the same time the declared operating time for both devices is the same.

In practice, one battery charge is also enough for approximately a day of operation with an average smartphone load.

Price

The price of Fly IQ451 Vista on the Russian market is 12,990 rubles.

Introduction

I already told you about a new product from Fly called IQ446 in a previous article. This device differed from most similar ones in its low price (about 10,000 rubles) and a powerful quad-core MediaTek MT6589 processor. Overall, the device turned out to be interesting, but due to the fact that Google Play There were practically no hit toys for IQ446, which somewhat spoiled the impression.

Simultaneously with the 446th Fly model, they also rolled out the 451st with the name Vista. Frankly speaking, I associate this word with not the most successful operating system Microsoft. The IQ451 smartphone received the same chipset and processor, but the screen diagonal grew from 4.5 to 5 inches, and the resolution increased from qHD to HD. The camera module remained the same: 8 megapixels, shooting video in FullHD.

Judging purely by technical specifications, then we get a budget analogue Samsung Galaxy Note I or Note II, which is very good!

The cost of Fly IQ451 Vista is approximately from 10,000 to 13,000 rubles.

Design, dimensions, control elements

The Fly IQ451 smartphone is practically no different from its counterparts and most of all resembles the enlarged Fly IQ442. The body shape is rectangular with strongly smoothed edges. The upper part of the back side smoothly transitions to the upper end, creating a visual thinning of the case. The rear lower area is not as beveled. The plastic edging along the edge forms a small edge on the front panel.

Two colors will be available for sale: IQ451 in white and black. In the first case, the front panel and back cover are light, with silver edging; in the second - dark, and the edging is semi-gloss bronze.

The screen is easily soiled, but marks are erased quite easily. But the Fly definitely missed the mark with the rear panel: a huge piece of glossy plastic, on which not only fingerprints are noticeable, but also other traces. I don’t understand what kind of love there is for such materials? According to some information, a smartphone made of matte plastic will soon go on sale!

The assembly of the device is excellent, but if you press on the central area of the back side, you can hear the quiet sounds of the panel bending. Since the display is protected by glass (type unknown), there is no need to worry about scratches, or rather, their appearance on the surface of the screen.

The dimensions of the device are quite large - 144x74x10.7 mm, however, if you take into account Galaxy Note, then it is even taller and wider, although a little thinner - 146x83x9.7 mm. The weight of the IQ451 is 150 grams – quite good for a five-inch device: the same Note weighs 178 grams. Fly fits perfectly in the hand thanks to the sloping shape of the body back cover. Oddly enough, it does not slip out of your hands, even if they are wet.

On the top of the front panel there are light and proximity sensors, a front camera and a speaker covered with a thin metal mesh, and next to it is an event indicator. The sensors are working correctly. The speaker has no volume reserve; it is relatively high. The interlocutor can be heard clearly and intelligibly, mainly mid and high frequencies predominate, there are no extraneous noises or echoes.

Back, Home and Menu are located below the screen. The buttons are touch sensitive, there is a white backlight, dim, and high sensitivity. Just below is the microphone.

On top there is a microUSB and a 3.5 mm jack for connecting headphones or headsets.

On the right side there is a button to turn the device on/off (thin, almost recessed into the body), and on the left there is a volume rocker key.

A large camera module, rising 2-3 mm above the body, an additional microphone (noise reduction and stereo recording in videos), an LED flash and a speaker are on the back side.

To open the lid, you need to pry it off by the protrusion on the right edge. Under the panel there are two slots for installing SIM1 and SIM2, and between them there is a card slot microSD memory(cannot be replaced with a “hot” one).

Size comparison:

Display

The Fly IQ451 smartphone boasts two main features: a powerful chipset and a high-quality screen. We'll talk about the last feature.

It uses a 5-inch diagonal screen, and the resolution is 720x1280 pixels - everything is the same as in “adult” models. The physical size of the matrix is 62x110 mm, density is 293 pixels per inch. Pixelation is invisible, moreover, the sharpness of the image is very high. Color rendition is excellent, and viewing angles are maximum. However, if you look at the screen from the right side, the image will turn yellow, while on the left it will turn violet. There is nothing wrong with this - a common occurrence for IPS matrices.

If we compare the Fly IQ451 and Explay HD displays, the latter has slightly weaker saturation, brightness decreases at angles, and color rendition is more disrupted.

The sensor is made using capacitive technology and handles up to 5 simultaneous touches. Sensitivity is relatively high.

Screen behavior in the sun

Fly IQ451 screen viewing angles

Comparison with Explay HD:

Battery

The Fly Vista uses a removable lithium-ion (Li-Ion) battery with a capacity of 2000 mAh, 3.7 V, 7.4 Wh. Type – BL4257. The capacity, frankly speaking, is very small for a 5-inch diagonal and HD resolution!

The manufacturer claims that the device will work for about 5 hours in talk mode, and up to 400 hours in standby mode.

If you use the phone for about 7-8 hours, the battery will be completely discharged provided: 20-25 minutes of calls per day, 2 hours of constant use of Wi-Fi Internet (Twitter, mail, downloading applications and installing them), about 5- ten hours of mobile Internet and an hour of listening to music.

You can listen only to music for 45 hours, watch only video (maximum screen brightness, high volume, movie resolution - HD 720p) - just over 3 hours. If you want to play with toys (checked on DeadSpace), the battery will run out after 3 hours.

Communication capabilities

The phone works in cellular networks 2G (GSM/GPRS/EDGE, 850/900/1800/1900 MHz) and 3G (900/2100 MHz). In this case, one SIM card functions only in 2G, the other - in 2G or 3G. If you use mobile Internet, then traffic is limited in the settings. In the “SIM Card Management” settings section, you can set the name of the SIM cards, their color, and data transfer.

Available Bluetooth version 4.0 (EDR/A2DP) for file and voice transfer. Present wireless connection Wi-Fi IEEE 802.11 b/g/n. The device, of course, can be used as an access point (Wi-Fi Hotspot) or modem. In the settings, this item is listed as “Modem mode”.

USB 2.0 (High-Speed) is used for file transfer and data synchronization.

Memory and memory card

The Fly IQ451 Vista smartphone is equipped with one gigabyte of RAM. At the moment this is the norm. On average, about 500 MB is free.

1.7 GB of Flash memory is allocated for installing applications, and just under one gigabyte for data storage. Expandable by installing a microSD card, the maximum capacity of which can be 32 GB (microSDHC). I have not tried installing cards on 64 GB.

Camera

The device has two camera modules: the main one is 8 MP, the front one is 2 MP. There is a single-section LED flash. The maximum photo resolution is 3264x2448 pixels, video - 1920x1080 pixels at 30 frames per second.

The camera modules in Fly IQ451 and IQ446 are slightly different. For example, the latter has a lens with an aperture of F2.2, and the first has an aperture of F2.4. However, overall the quality of the photos is equally excellent!

The minimum ISO value is 100, the maximum is 1600 (set only manually, photos are compressed to 1 MP).

The front camera has a 2 MP module. Works with Skype. The “Camera” interface has quick access to the video camera - just like in top models.

Fly shoots video in FullHD at 30 frames per second. The quality is great - many flagship devices for 20+ “kilo-rubles” would be envious! The sound is clear, stereo.

The camera interface has been slightly changed relative to bare Android: bottom right – settings, activation of a photo or video camera, gallery; top – front camera, flash, left – HDR mode. It is possible to take a series of frames: 40 or 99.

EXIF information from a photo file

Video file characteristics:

  • File Format: 3GP
  • Video codec: MPEG-4, 25 Mbit/s
  • Resolution: 1920 x 1080, 30 fps
  • Audio codec: AAC, 128 Kbps
  • Channels: 2 channels, 48 kHz

Performance

The smartphone uses MediaTek MT6589 chipset. ARM Cortex-A7 processor (FPU and NEON) with ARM TrustZone advanced security technology (a set of instructions that helps protect mobile devices, mobile payments and content streaming), made using a 28nm process technology. The graphics accelerator is PowerVR SGX 544MP (Series 5TX), developed by Imagination Technologies. You can read a little more detail in the Fly IQ446 review:

Unlike IQ446, Google Play IQ451 has all modern toys (Real Racing 3, Dead Space, GTA Vice City, NOVA 3), and they work without problems.
