In the village itself, the beach is sandy and clean (awarded the “blue flag”), but it has one significant drawback - the descent and ascent from it to the center of the village takes place along a rather steep long staircase.

Near the observation deck there is a square and a church in honor of St. Nicholas. In half an hour or even less you can reach ancient Afitos from Kallithea. It is known as the most beautiful city of Kassandra with views no less picturesque than in Kallithea. In Afitos, many historical houses and a church have been preserved, and there is an ethnographic museum.
