There is simply no such thing! There were no problems, everything suits us. Except that jellyfish and plankton spoiled swimming a little, but these are not questions for the hotel, but for nature.

I really liked the attitude of the staff - friendly and welcoming. The staff near the pool are very pleasant. We have known them for 6 years and we are always greeted with joy. It’s very good that there are Russian-speaking staff at the reception. We have known Roman for three years now, he always helps us a lot in all matters - when checking in, when leaving, booking a table in a restaurant, or a taxi to the airport. I liked the fact that without any problems you can go to Canal Village and go to a store or restaurant there. We really like the Bodega Grill restaurant - it’s always very, very tasty!!

I really liked the hotel - beautiful green area, good restaurants, beautiful beach and sea. Comfortable snow-white bed, bathroom equipped with everything you need, good breakfast with a large assortment of fruits. In the evening the maid lights an aroma candle - nice and pleasant. We booked a room with access to the pool - it was very convenient and besides, this building has a good location relative to the entire hotel infrastructure. From 7:00 in the morning, sun loungers are occupied, and they can remain occupied and unused for half a day, or even all day. The administration needs to somehow resolve this issue. The cleaning staff takes a very long time to clean the room. one person per 2-room suite. it's around 2 hours. at breakfasts you order coffee - they either bring it towards the end of breakfast, or they completely forget (it’s a 7-minute walk to the sea. It’s not an acquired taste - it’s not very good for us with a stroller. To get to external infrastructure you also need to take a bus or taxi... even in elementary grocery store far. There are no clothes dryers, they called and asked to bring them separately - they brought one bar on racks. In the end, they dried it on whatever they could - chairs on balconies, strollers...

The hotel area itself is large and we had a building at the very beginning, near the parking lot. As a result, the road to the beach takes about 10-15 minutes. The breakfasts are ordinary, unremarkable, which was very surprising; if this is the Banyan Tree group, then the breakfast did not correspond to the level of their hotels at all. The Xana beach club deserves a special mention. The prices are not cheap, cocktails are about 10-15 dollars, there weren’t many people, and the service was very long, but what was more surprising was when they were waiting for the bill, the girl bartender made an order, took a glass, there was something stuck on it, she wiped it off with her fingernail and I continued to do it despite the dirty glass)) In general, the hotel would be quite good, with room prices ranging from 100-150 dollars, in which case the price would be completely justified. In the room, instead of the usual bathtub, there is a tray in the floor made of tiles, although there was a bathtub in the photo. You can't bathe children.

There is a children's club. Mini cinema on the grass. You can ride along the lagoon on a river tram and catamarans. The spa offers excellent massage and hairdressing services. Everywhere is clean, aroma lamps, cleaning is excellent. Upon request, a high chair, a baby bath, a bottle warmer and more were provided in the room. This is an ideal place for us to relax with children.

Children are given an inflatable slide or a path made of foam propylene, along which they can run through the water. There is something like a children's room where you can leave your child. There is a small playground in the shade and various activities for children. My son went to a master class on taming cupcakes (300 baht). He liked this. There is also a master class on pizza decorating. Everything in the hotel corresponds to the description on the website. We took accommodation with breakfast. I highly recommend doing this: breakfast is very varied. Several types of egg dishes, pancakes, yoghurts, Viennese waffles, French toast, Chinese food, Indian food, several types of juice, freshly squeezed orange juice, fruits, vegetables. In short, for every taste! There is a small restaurant by the pool where you can have a snack from 12-17, mostly fast food, but there are also local dishes. The portions are large. The room was on two levels near the lagoon: a living room (downstairs there is a separate bathroom), a kitchenette, two bedrooms (one has a shower room, the other has a bathroom). On the 3rd floor there is a veranda with a dining table and two sun loungers. There is also an outdoor shower here. The description of the room and the photo on the website are true. The room is cleaned every day and drinking water is brought. You can take as much water as you need, there are no restrictions. My daughter and I went to the spa and really enjoyed it.
