Any person who has reached 14 years of age can become a manager of NL International (hereinafter referred to as the Manager) by concluding a Partnership Agreement with NL International (hereinafter referred to as the Company). After concluding the Agreement, the Manager receives a personal registration number (ID), a personal office on the corporate website and the opportunity to develop business in the NL system. 2. The NL manager is an independent entrepreneur. He is not an employee or legal representative of any of the companies operating under the NL International brand. The manager is personally responsible for compliance with the laws regulating business activities in the country and region where he operates. 3. The partnership agreement is an internal agreement between the Manager and the Company, defining the intentions and positions of the parties. Legal relations between the parties arise after the conclusion of an Agreement for the provision of paid services between the Manager and the Company. RIGHTS OF THE PARTIES 4. By concluding the Partnership Agreement, the Manager receives the right: a. promote the Company's trademarks and invite people to partner with the Company; b. use the capabilities of the business system and the Company’s support to develop your business; c. receive remuneration for your activities into an internal account and use these funds for operations within the system; d. enter into (in accordance with corporate rules) a legal agreement with the Company and receive remuneration into a bank account; e. terminate your partnership with the Company at any time without giving reasons. 5. By concluding the Partnership Agreement, the Company reserves the right to: a. determine the marketing strategy and dictate their policies to Managers; b. set prices for products; c. make changes to the standards governing the activities of the Company and the Manager; d. cancel the Partnership Agreement in cases provided for by corporate standards, as well as refuse the candidate to register the Partnership Agreement. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES 6. By concluding the Partnership Agreement, the Manager undertakes the following obligations: a. maintain reputation, share the ideology, policy and strategy of the Company; b. act within the framework of corporate standards and procedures, and do not use work methods prohibited by the standards; c. promote products on the principle of direct sales and not sell products through a retail network, as well as via the Internet; d. do not produce advertising materials, do not create websites using trademarks, logos and other intellectual property owned by NL International; e. not to use the network built with the help of NL International products and business systems to promote any other products other than NL International products. 7. By concluding the Partnership Agreement, the Company undertakes the following obligations: a. carry out quality control of the assortment and quality of product supplies to the regions; b. provide marketing support to the Managers' business: promote brands, develop and produce business tools; c. provide Managers with technical, information and training support; d. make timely payment of remuneration in accordance with the NL International remuneration system; e. invest in strengthening and developing the NL International business system. 8. Having read the terms of this Partnership Agreement and filling out the registration form, the manager thereby agrees to provide his contact information (phone number and e-mail) to his mentor. 9. The partnership agreement cannot be transferred by the Manager to another person without the consent of the Company.
